Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TripGlide. By using TripGlide, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and devices.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your contact and booking-intake details current.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
TripGlide is not intended for children under 13.
2. Use of the Service
You may use TripGlide only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass security, or attempt unauthorized access to TripGlide or its providers.
You may not send unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content through upload, email, WhatsApp, iMessage, or any other booking-intake channel.
You retain responsibility for the travel content, documents, messages, and profile information you upload or send to TripGlide.
3. Travel Information and AI
TripGlide may use automated systems to extract and structure travel details from your documents and messages.
Extracted information, AI chat responses, travel images, reminders, notifications, Live Activities, and itinerary surfaces may contain errors, delays, or omissions.
TripGlide is an organization tool, not a travel agency, airline, hotel, rail operator, immigration adviser, or emergency service. Always confirm important travel details with the original provider.
4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
Certain features may require a paid subscription or active trial.
Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, family sharing, and payment disputes are handled by the applicable app store and its terms.
Deleting your TripGlide account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
Scan limits, trial eligibility, and premium entitlements may be enforced through TripGlide and RevenueCat records.
5. Third-Party Services
TripGlide relies on third-party providers for authentication, storage, AI extraction, subscriptions, notifications, travel imagery, email, WhatsApp, iMessage, and related infrastructure.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages, provider errors, policy changes, app-store decisions, travel-provider changes, or messaging delivery failures.
6. Intellectual Property
TripGlide and its branding, software, designs, website, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
These terms do not grant you ownership of TripGlide assets or any right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from TripGlide except as allowed by law.
7. Privacy
TripGlide's Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, and deleted.
By using TripGlide, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
TripGlide is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free extraction, availability of third-party integrations, or correctness of travel information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripGlide is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed travel, provider changes, or service interruptions arising from your use of the service.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, misuse of the service, security risk, nonpayment, or legal reasons.
You may stop using TripGlide at any time and may request account deletion in the app.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
