These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TripGlide. By using TripGlide, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and devices.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your contact and booking-intake details current.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
TripGlide is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in your country or region.
You may use TripGlide only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass security, or attempt unauthorized access to TripGlide or its providers.
You may not send unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content through upload, email, WhatsApp, iMessage, or any other booking-intake channel.
You retain responsibility for the travel content, documents, messages, and profile information you upload or send to TripGlide.
TripGlide may use automated systems to extract and structure travel details from your documents and messages.
Extracted information, AI chat responses, travel images, reminders, notifications, Live Activities, and itinerary surfaces may contain errors, delays, or omissions.
TripGlide is an organization tool, not a travel agency, airline, hotel, rail operator, immigration adviser, insurance provider, financial adviser, or emergency service.
Always confirm important travel details with the original provider, including flight status, boarding time, gate, terminal, visa requirements, check-in rules, refundability, and safety information.
Certain features may require a paid subscription, active trial, or available scan quota.
TripGlide Pro may include higher scan limits, Minty AI, WhatsApp booking inbox, email booking inbox, trip booking inbox, and other premium features shown in the app.
Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, family sharing, taxes, and payment disputes are handled by the applicable app store and its terms.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through Apple App Store or Google Play before the renewal deadline shown by the applicable store.
Deleting your TripGlide account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
Scan limits, trial eligibility, and premium entitlements may be enforced through TripGlide and RevenueCat records.

TripGlide relies on third-party providers for authentication, storage, AI extraction, subscriptions, notifications, travel imagery, email, WhatsApp, iMessage, and related infrastructure.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages, provider errors, policy changes, app-store decisions, travel-provider changes, messaging delivery failures, or payment-provider decisions.
Your use of app stores, messaging providers, payment processors, and travel providers may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
You retain ownership of your travel documents, messages, itinerary content, profile information, and other content you provide to TripGlide.
You grant TripGlide the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, display, sync, transmit, and otherwise use your content to operate the service and provide requested features.
You represent that you have the right to upload or forward the content you provide and that doing so does not violate the rights of others or applicable law.
If you create a share link, you are responsible for choosing appropriate recipients, protecting the link, selecting only documents you are authorized to disclose, and turning off access when it is no longer needed.
Anyone with a valid share link may forward it. Revoking or regenerating a link stops future access through that link but cannot recall information or files a recipient already downloaded, copied, printed, or captured.
TripGlide's Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and deleted.
By using TripGlide, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account in the app under Privacy & Security or request deletion at https://www.tripglide.online/data-deletion.
Deleting your TripGlide account deletes associated app data from active systems, subject to backups, logs, legal obligations, anti-abuse records, and subscription or payment records we must keep.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active app-store subscriptions.
TripGlide and its branding, software, designs, website, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
These terms do not grant you ownership of TripGlide assets or any right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from TripGlide except as allowed by law.
TripGlide is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free extraction, availability of third-party integrations, correctness of travel information, delivery of messages, or continuous app-store availability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripGlide is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed travel, provider changes, payment issues, message delays, or service interruptions arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, misuse of the service, security risk, nonpayment, legal reasons, or harm to TripGlide, users, or providers.
You may stop using TripGlide at any time and may request account deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to TripGlide's operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
If you live in a region with mandatory consumer rights, these terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived by contract.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.
