Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms explain TripGlide trials, Pro features, scan limits, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and restore-purchase behavior.
1. TripGlide Pro
TripGlide Pro unlocks premium features shown in the app, which may include higher scan limits, Minty AI, WhatsApp booking inbox, email booking inbox, and trip booking inbox.
Available features, limits, prices, offers, and trial terms may vary by platform, country, currency, app-store configuration, and active RevenueCat offerings.
2. Trials and Free Access
TripGlide may offer a free tier, trial, promotional offer, or introductory offer.
Trial eligibility may be limited by account, email, device, app-store account, region, or prior use.
Clearing local data or reinstalling the app does not guarantee another trial because server-side and app-store records may remain authoritative.
3. Scan Limits and Entitlements
Scan limits and premium access are enforced through TripGlide and RevenueCat entitlement records.
The app may show local estimates for convenience, but server-side records determine whether premium features and scan quota are available.
If entitlement checks are unavailable, TripGlide may temporarily fall back to free-tier limits or ask you to restore purchases.
4. Billing and Renewal
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by TripGlide.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable app store before the renewal deadline shown by that store.
Prices, taxes, currency conversion, family sharing, payment authorization, renewal notices, and billing dates are controlled by the applicable app store.
5. Cancellation
Cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Deleting your TripGlide account does not cancel a subscription. Canceling a subscription does not delete your TripGlide account data.
After cancellation, premium access usually continues until the end of the already-paid billing period unless the app store or applicable law provides otherwise.
6. Refunds
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled by Google Play.
TripGlide support can help you find the right store flow, but refund eligibility, approval, timing, and payment reversal are primarily controlled by the applicable store.
A refund, chargeback, or revoked purchase may remove Pro access and return the account to free-tier limits.
7. Restore Purchases
Use Restore Purchases in the app to ask RevenueCat and the app store to refresh purchase and entitlement status.
Restoring purchases requires the same app-store account or another account that the store recognizes as eligible.
8. Changes
TripGlide may change premium features, limits, trial availability, prices, or subscription plans, subject to app-store rules and applicable law.
Material subscription changes will be reflected in the app, app-store listing, or these terms as appropriate.
9. App-Store Terms
Apple App Store and Google Play terms apply to purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds made through those stores.
If app-store terms conflict with these Subscription Terms for billing mechanics, the applicable app-store terms generally control that billing flow.
