Use this page to understand how to delete your TripGlide account and request deletion of app data associated with your account.
Open TripGlide, go to Account or Privacy & Security, and choose Delete Account.
Follow the confirmation steps. The app will sign you out after the deletion request completes.
This deletes your TripGlide account and associated app data from active systems, subject to the limits described below.
If you cannot access the app, email vin@tripglide.online from the email address associated with your TripGlide account.
Use the subject line TripGlide account deletion and include the account email address you want deleted.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data.
Account profile data, trip data, itinerary items, app settings, stored profile images, push tokens, booking-intake links, and app-managed usage records are deleted from active TripGlide systems when deletion is completed.
Local-only data on your device is removed when you use in-app deletion or clear local data. If you uninstall the app without deleting your account, server-side account data may remain until you request deletion.
We may retain limited records where required or permitted for legal compliance, tax, accounting, subscription, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, security, abuse-prevention, backup, or app-store obligations.
Deleting your TripGlide account does not cancel active Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions through the applicable store.
Data held by app stores, messaging providers, AI providers, or other processors may also be subject to their own retention rules.
In-app deletion is intended to remove active TripGlide account data promptly after successful confirmation.
Manual web deletion requests are usually reviewed within a reasonable period after verification. Complex requests, legal holds, or identity verification may take longer.
Backups and security logs may age out on their normal retention schedules.
